Many of our kits are based on free models — want to print your own? In fact, we link directly to the source material for all kits based on a free model. This is absolutely an option! However, while many enjoy 3D Printing as a hobby, it really is a hobby onto itself. It can be fun and rewarding, but can also be difficult. A lot of time and effort can be required to achieve good results. Most models require some tweaking, particularly when adjusting scales. We are here to serve anyone who prefers to purchase a quality kit without the hassle.

There are also many print-on-demand services available, where any model can be printed as a service. This typically takes several days, at a minimum, is relatively expensive, and the results are not guaranteed. By purchasing from us, you are purchasing a kit, verified for fit and quality, not just an assortment of parts. The majority of our products are always in-stock for same or next business day shipping.
